Miyazaki A5 Japanese Wagyu Picanha
The most popular cut used in Brazilian Steakhouses, Picanha, also known as sirloin cap, is a versatile chef's cut. While commonly skewered and cooked over a charcoal grill in Brazil, many a gourmand know that it is incredibly delicious cooked as a steak as well.
Our Miyazaki A5 version has just the right amount of fat and meat, for an A5 Japanese Wagyu that is fatty without being overly fatty. We heavily recommend it.
