Kobe Beef Striploin
The Kobe Beef Striploin is cut from the Japanese Black cattle’s muscles that do little work—making the meat tender and succulent. It also has a rich marbling that melts at lower temperatures. The distinctive flower stamp that is Kobe Beef's signature is also present on some cuts of striploin, as seen in the photograph.
