Our A5 Olive Wagyu Japanese Ribeye Cap Off steaks are sliced fresh from the slab about 3/4 to an inch thick, with the rib cap trimmed for a classic steakhouse cut.
The slices will vary in weight (in grams) depending on the portion of the slab from which the steak is carved. Choose from differing weights depending on your preference, with each serving ranging from approximately 500g to 600g.
